Just to show that leaving them run can help, here's one that ran for 2 hours 30 minutes and was successful, still pending.

Have had 11 of these now, but out of over 2.000 work units done it is a low amount of failures.
Just that they do run awhile before they fail.

Funny thing is a lot of long running tasks do finish without error as well, so you might be aborting a perfectly fine work unit thinking it has gone into a loop due to run time.
